Scott Damrauer, MD is an Associate Professor of Surgery in the Division of Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Surgery and an Associate Professor of Genetics at the Perelman School of Medicine. His research focuses on understanding health disparities in age-related diseases, such as heart and vascular disease. He is interested in understanding how innovation in medical care, particularly in precision and genomic medicine, has the ability to impact health disparities, and in developing strategies to address unequal application of these technologies.
