PARC researchers Rachel Werner and Allison Hoffman were quoted in this new Penn LDI article on how the  2025 Budget Bill, passed on July 1, could affect home- and community-based health services under Medicaid. "Since the federal government, on average, pays 69 percent of the cost of Medicaid services, a shortfall in money from Washington creates a serious budget problem for the states." -Penn LDI

More Penn researchers cited in the article include: Pilar Gonalons-Pons, Adriana Perez, and co-director of PARC, Norma B. Coe
