People older than 50 are increasingly part of the country’s homeless population. “We should all be very concerned about this,” Dennis Culhane of the PSC says in a San Francisco Chronicle article. “It’s going to be very upsetting to people to see so many more elderly people who are homeless, but that’s basically what we are facing: a growing aging and frail homeless population.”
